SGI Performer header files

Recently, I decided I'd like to see if I could port SGI's Performer and Inventor to Linux. I've heard this has been done before, but I notice it doesn't appear to be a downloadable package. Since the source to these two tools are available on SGI's website, but there's one thing missing, the header files under /usr/include/Performer.

Does anybody know where these header files might be available?

Contact SGI for any code. They may offer in with a nda or other agreement.
