Unhappy Setup ADT plugin in eclipse

Hi Folks,

I tried a lot to setup ADT plugin in eclipse but I failed to do so as of yet. So I am posting this thread hoping that someone can shine the light for me. I downloaded the ADK downloaded the platforms and all. Installed the ADT plugin as dericted in the anroid developer's site. But whnever I fire up my eclipse it gives me the following error.

Code:
parseSdkContent failed
java.lang.NullPointerException
This is what my $PATH is set as:

Code:
/usr/lib/qt-3.3/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/jre/bin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/bin:/home/Admin/bin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/jre/bin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/bin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/jre/bin:/usr/local/jdk1.7.0_03/bin
Kindly help me out with this. I am using Eclipse 3.6.2 in my centos 6.2.

Regards
