setting up giFT

ive downloaded and installed gift, ive done the giFT-setup, but i think i did (or didnt) do something right, because when i try to run it it says:

You will need to run giFT-setup and be sure that you read absolutely
every configuration option (no, really). If you are unable to complete
giFT-setup, you may optionally copy the contents of the etc/ directory

how exactly do i configure it, i followed this tutorial and everything else went well except the setup

im starting to think it would be easier to get kazaa working in wine

You must not have read the setup questions thouroughly. They have trick questions in the setup just to make sure you are reading it.

And a couple of questions say "if you put 0(1), it will not work", so make sure you picked the right one.
