setting up Dosemu

When pressing enter I get the message
ERROR: Unable to open console to evaluate the keyboard map.
Please specify your keyboard map explicitly via the $_layout option

In a terminal, if you type: man keyboard, you'll get the man (manual) page for keyboard. There is an "option" called "layoutname", which shows you how to set the language configuration for the keyboard. The file that specifies this setting is /etc/X11/xorg.conf, below is a section of my xorg.conf file specifying to use Englis US keymap.
Code:
Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
    Driver "kbd"
    Option "CoreKeyboard"
    Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
    Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
    Option "XkbLayout" "us"
EndSection
What is yours set too?.

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
Driver "kbd"
Option "CoreKeyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "gb"
Option "XkbOptions" "lv3:ralt_switch"

Obviously your keyboard map is already set to Great Briton already, and possibly the model is OK at pc105. So... not sure what it's complaining about, it appears to be set.

Unhappy

Dear Junior Hacker I have been told that DosBox is a good alternative and am using this, but still have Dosemu on my machine in case I can solve the setup problem.
