Trying to get a mail server working on my machine (RH8).
Have configured SendMail to now accept incoming mail that is not to be routed outside of the server.
Having no problems with the following use case:
email to
user@mylinux.me
login as user
mutt - > message has arrived
mail is being stored in /var/mail/user
Now I am trying to get an IMAP server up and running to be able to view with a mail client instead of mutt or the like.
I have verified imapd is installed and running under xinetd and hosts.allow allows imap from my 192.168.0 addresses.
Outlook on my winxp machine trying to connect to my linux box is giving me an error that the (null) folder does not exist.
What do I need to do to get IMAP to read the correct mail directory for this user?
