setting SLA on RT problem

Hi I am trying to enable SLA and I have install all the modules I think but when I am trying to start apache I am getting following error and it won’t start, appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this.

I am really stuck this time and at a corner

[Fri Apr 01 16:47:10 2011] [error] Require of RT::Condition::SLA_RequireDefault failed.\nCan't locate RT/Condition/SLA_RequireDefault.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/rt-3.8.8-ora/bin/../local/lib /usr/local/rt-3.8.8-ora/local/plugins/RT-Authen-ExternalAuth/lib /usr/local/rt-3.8.8-ora/bin/../lib /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.2/x86_64-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.2 /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.12.2/x86_64-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.12.2 . /usr/local/apache2.2.17) at (eval 1298) line 2, <DATA> line 522.\n\nCompilation failed in require at (eval 2) line 1, <DATA> line 522.\n

The file which it is looking for is at

/usr/local/rt-3.8.8-ora/local/plugins/RT-Extension-SLA/lib/RT/Condition/SLA_RequireDefault.pm

Thanks Best Regards

I recommend you try the RT-Users Mailing List.

There's no better place for getting useful answers to this sort of question. There's not enough knowledge of RT in LQ.

Hi thanks zordrak, found the solution by writing to the author, all that you had to do was add RT::Extension::SLA to @plugin in the file "RT_SiteConfig.pm" as bellow

Set(@Plugins, qw(
RT::Authen::ExternalAuth
RT::Extension::SLA
) );

hope my experiences will help some one else

Best of Regards
