setting default browser in KDE 3.1

how do i do that? i want my default browser to be netscape but whenever i click on a link in KMail, KDE opens up konqueror for me.

i've tried searching for a solution but the answers out there are for setting the default browser of Gnome only.

Within Konqueror select

Configure Konqueror

File Associations

Move your prefered browser to the top.

Anyone know how to make the Netscape select profile box disappear when multiple instances are opened?
