Set Console Mode & Possibly Font for S Video?
 

How do I set the console mode (not X) on startup so it will output NTSC S Video? I can get it to work by starting x and doing "xrandr --set tv standard ntsc" and then its fine in the consoles too, but I'd prefer not to have to start x up and do this everytime...
