sendmail: QueueLA and RefuseLA
I have a system with 32 cores that, by definition, runs with a load average ~700-800+. Sendmail's protection mechanism that guards against consuming a system stops queuing and sending mail. I have set QueueLA and ResfuseLA to values higher than an anticipated load average, but they have no effect. Is there a way to turn of sendmail's protection mecahnism? If not, any other ideas?

The solution is to add LA values in to match
