Sendmail Proxy

Hi,
For some reason the company that's hosting my dedciated servers have gotten their IP blacklisted. So i have a lot of problems sending emails to hotmail, yahoo etc through my mail server. I was wondering is there a way to use a free proxy server, and tell my Sendmail to use that proxy server to send the emails so my emails wouldn't get blocked?
