Sendmail help, plz

I am using sendmail 8.12.2 on Redhat 7.2. I have a domain setup and I use no-ip.com to do dynamic dns. I can't seem to get the thing to recieve mail. It bounces like this:

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<knobby@uptimecomputing.com>
(reason: 550 5.7.1 <knobby@uptimecomputing.com>... Relaying denied)

----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to mail.uptimecomputing.com.:
>>> RCPT To:<knobby@uptimecomputing.com>
<<< 550 5.7.1 <knobby@uptimecomputing.com>... Relaying denied
550 5.1.1 <knobby@uptimecomputing.com>... User unknown

Can anyone tell what I need to do to ix this. I have found a lot of documentation but none that tells me what to do. I have put knobby@uptimecomputing.com in the virtualusertable and hashed it. Lemme post my sendmail.mc

here is the sendmail.mc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dnl This is the sendmail macro config file. If you make changes to this file,
dnl you need the sendmail-cf rpm installed and then have to generate a
dnl new /etc/sendmail.cf by running the following command:
dnl
dnl m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
