how to overcome this, actually this is our user email. why it can be spam sender although it's not send email spam to that address. i already trying make changes in postfix setting but problem still occur.

any people facing this problem before

run "nslookup -querytype=MX yourdomain.com".
do you have the MX configured correctly ?
compare it to "nslookup -querytype=MX google.com"

looks to me like all the mails that cannot be delivered to do not have MXes configured:
