Send secure mail through terminal

Hi there!

I have a script that checks for specific new content on a webpage through lynx with a grep pipe and since I am not able to run that script on my computer at work (no linux!), I would like to run it on my home computer, and when it finds what I am looking for sends out an email to me, so I can act upon that information.

Is there a terminal mail send programme that is secure enough to do the job without me having to enter a password all the time? I'd prefer an app that does not require too much time with setting it up... A "notification mail" is enough, so no fancy body editing is required.

Thanks!

You could use a mail client such as mail or mutt and send over an ssh tunnel?
