send and receive automatic Evolution 1.4.6

Is there any way to configure Ximian Evolution 1.4.6 to send and receive automatically on program launch? I know how to set it to check every so many 'x" minutes, but am hoping to be able to have it send/receive on program launch.

Thanks!
