Unhappy SEEKING: Realtime, on-screen Apache Monitoring tool. (Even if it's for Windows...)

I am and HAVE BEEN seeking a tool for monitoring the Apache webserver in REALTIME. This must include realtime logging TO-SCREEN.

Apache Admin 2.5 is an example...but not quite what I am looking for.

The closest thing I've come to finding what I am looking for is HSLAB HTTP Monitor. ( http://www.hs-lab.com/screenshots/aml.gif )

Does ANYONE know of a FREE Apache HTTP monitor for either Linux OR Windows Apache server anywhere?

I've seriously been looking for one for about 3 years now...

Would you mind telling me what that will end up doing, please?

I sure hope it does what I'm specifically asking... I just reinstalled my server tonight with Apache. LOL

Wait... Ok. Nevermind. I researched it.

Very interesting... I like that. Thanks. I shall try that.

But if anyone out there knows of any apps that will do what I am asking... Please feel free to post and let me know!

Thanks!

I apologize for being a bit terse in my original reply.

The thing is, I don't see any specific request. You have not specified what information you are interested in seeing, what, if any, analysis you want performed, what type of presentation you are looking for or even a basic overall objective beyond having a tool. Are you trying to assess performance, security, audience analysis, or something else? Having asked these questions, I don't really know of any package that does any kind of specific analysis, however it might be pretty easy to write something that does specifically what you want simply by parsing the log files and displaying the results in real time.

I believe most people tend to analyze web server logs on a longer term trend basis. The tools I use for this are Webalizer, plus a handful of purpose-built tools I wrote in perl.
