Seeking a Good C++ IDE

I've been using Java for a while, and now I want to program in C++, and I'm looking for a really good IDE for C++. What's everyone using?

Anjuta's pretty cool. Does KDevelop work the same way as far as the files it generates? I've used it before, but again, only for Java.
