Hi!

Does anyone knows about a 3d landscape screensaver for linux?

Or: can I somehow run windows screensavers in linux? Or convert them may be?

Thanks

I'm sure I've seen a module for xscreensaver that does that,
but I can't recall its name....

I wouldn't recommend trying to use windows ones (using
wine) to secure Linux ;}

Cheers,
Tink

You probably mean that glforestfire thing?.. I've tried it, but I think it's.. ehm... too simplistic?? I thought more of a bit more realistic scenery

But can you run windows screensavers with wine? I tried it a couple of times, but it crashed with an unhandled exception each time...
