Screenlets become weird

It would appear to me that the font they're using has some weird spacing. I had a similar issue with firefox 3 (some of the text on the toolbars and tabs was about 1/2 glyph too low).

If I recall I fixed it by changing the system sans-serif font to something else (or maybe it was a font in the firefox settings). Anyway you should see what font the screenlets are using and try and change it.

how do i change the screenlets font. i hv search in screenlets option, and theres no option to change the font, what should i do next?

I imagine that screenlets use a default system font, so it depends on your window manager which one is used. I was surprised that Firefox 3 seemed to be one of the only programs that was using the system sans-serif font, but it was. That's gnome, isn't it? You can set the fonts under System->Preferences->Appearance->Font tab.
