Angry Screen Saver not working in RedHat 8.0

hey everyone, I just installed redhat 8.0. The problem is when I set up the screen saver I could see it in the setup window. But when I put it to 1 minute to test it out to see if it will come on it just goes to a blank screen, and when I move the mouse it goes back to the desktop. I disabled the power option. any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks in advance
