Screen Record

Hi, I am looking for a piece of software to record what is happening on my screen, which i want to use to make a help document with a video or flash movie attached.

I was sure I once read somewhere that there was a piece of software that 'recorded' to a flash movie (it may have recorded a VNC session actually, which is fine).

Anybody point me in the correct direction ??

Thanks.......

Another very good option is Viewletbuilder from Qarbon Software www.qarbon.com

It's commercial (around $200 for the Standard version), but it works well.
