Samba users/share setup

RedHat Enterprise 3

I am trying to create a user that is able to read and write to files but unable to delete them. Is this possiable? If so, how do I go about doing it?

I don't think this is possible because if a user can write files, he's also able to delete them...

one solution might be to write a cron script that runs every minute which changes permissions on any new files it finds.
