Samba shares show 0 bytes free after moving partitions
Hi there,
I have moved my Linux system from one harddisk to another (bigger) one using Ghost. The system is working fine. But Windows shows that my there are 0 bytes free on my Samba shares. The total size of space shown is the old one as well - there should be 100GB more space available. I cannot save any files on those shares as well - for there are 0 bytes free, windows says that my disk is full  Has anyone any idea how to resolve that problem? Regards, Kridy |
Hi,
df -h also reports the old size of the partition, but Yast shows the correct size. Any ideas how to fix that? Regards, Kridy |
Hi,
the solution was to use resize_reiserfs to adjust the filesystem to the size of the partition, which is now larger than before. Regards, Kridy |
