Angry Samba PDC Home folder pemission Problem

Dear Friends
Hello
I have samab PDC running on Redhat-9 .There is a problem of Home directory permission.
When a user logs in on Win2k or Xp machine ,with smbuser name A, he/she can have his home directory with name A On PDC with full permission.
But when same user A logs in on win98 machine , he gets his home diorectory on PDC (LINUX) with no permission.
I have already checked the permission on home directory, Share (Home) , and individule folders of all users ,it is 0700.
Even when I changed permission of individule folders(Directory) 0777 , users from win98 were not be able to access/read /write permission.
What can be the problem.
