Exclamation Samba + CUPS: missing host info in logs

I am using CUPS 1.1.20rc1 and Samba 3.0.10 (MacOS X)

In /var/log/cups/page_log I can see entries like:

> _10.18.57.32 root 53 [18/Mar/2005:17:09:02 -0600] 1 1 - localhost
> _10.18.57.32 lilucker 54 [18/Mar/2005:17:10:36 -0600] 1 1 - localhost

The jobs are printed from a Mac using AFP (first line) and a Windows client using SMB (second line).

Why can't I see the host name and the user name in the log?
Any ideas?
