samba and active directory groups

Hi,
I have setup all the samba configuration and its working as well. I would like to know if it is possible to authenticate users against AD groups?
I want to replace the line:
valid users = user 1, user2
with
valid users = @ADGROUP

In the abive line @ADGROUP means a active directory group. The advantage will be no work on the samab side if any user get added to AD under the group.

Thanks for your help.
