SAMBA 4 modified time issue in CentOS v6.5

I have an issue where a samba share always changes the modified time when you access a file. for example, after mounting the share, you go into the directory and then do a simple right click and select properties. The first time you do it, it show the proper last modified time. But if you select properties again on that same file, the last modified time is now the same as the last accessed time. Sometimes just going into the directory, it changes some of the files last modified times. This only happens with SAMBA 4. I have another system setup with the same CEntOS v6.5, but with SAMBA 3 and that works fine. I've tried sharing different filesystems to see if that was the problem(xfs,ext3,ext4) but the result is the same for each. I am using the samba4-4.0.0-61.el6_5.rc4.x86_64 release from the CEntOS repo.

Any ideas?

Thanks
