safe reiserfs resizing
 

whats the best way to resize a reiserfs partition safely?

Back it up somewhere alse and repartition the drive. Copy backed up contents to resized volume. That's the safest way.

thanks, i guess i can do that (move resize move) :-/ was looking at parted but couldnt get it to work , "segmentation error" i think ill just move my data to another drive and reformat everything
