running another linux under dosemu

Hello. i am just wondering, is it possible to run a linux distrobution such as Topologi Linux,
that is based on slackware, and installs onto a windows or dos partition under a virtual machine such as dosemu with a harddrive image of a dos based os such as freedos? I only have one partiion on my harddrive and do not want to reformat. If there is any way to do this,
I would deeply apreciate any information you can give me. Thank you for any assistance you
give me.

Thank you.

Merry Christmas.

Whoa. I need to work on my commas.

What i meant to say was that i was wondering if i could instal it inside the disk image, boot it from dos or a cd, (if it were to support a cd boot,) and then run it inside dosemu, using it as a virtual machine. Is that possible? even though it does not run as
dos? you can boot linux under dos, can' t you? I am just wondering. I appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Yes, you can boot linux from dos. But, once again. It doesn't "run" as dos, it runs as linux. So the "dos" emulator has nothing to emulate...

OK. Thank you. I found another virtual machine. It is called Plex86. It was meant to run linux inside of linux. I think that was more of what I was looking for. Thank you for your assistance.
