run-away scroll bar in firefox 3.5.5 openSuSE 11.2
When I surf the web and I want to scroll up or down in an article I single click the arrow to move one line. Instead the scroll bar takes over and moves all the way to the bottom or top depending on which way I single clicked. Most irritating. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this problem?

you can edit scrollbar function as follows.
open your firefox -> in addressbar type "about:config" (no spaces between them) -> in filter column type "mousewheel.withnokey" change the value to your desired.
