"not work" is not a sufficient error description. You need to tell us the name and version of the software you want to run and which error-messages you get.

Is it from a .deb package? Try "dpkg -i --ignore-architecture ######.deb"

See - <http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=474790&highlight=package+getlibs> . There is package called getlibs to install necessary libs ,
Works on debian and ubuntu. I have not tried it.

To install a 32 bit .deb file manually on a 64 bit system:
Code:
dpkg -i --force-architecture debfile.deb
Just make sure you have ia32-libs and any necessary 32 bit dependencies installed.
