[SOLVED] rrdtool migrate files script error

Using the following to migrate some rrd files to xml:

for i in `find -name "*.rrd"`; do rrdtool dump $i > $i.xml; done

bash is returning that the xml files dont exist for each rrd file. Why is it not creating the xml files?

This is on a derivative of RHEL.

Stupid me forgot that I didnt have permission to make new files in the directory, had to use sudo. Also had to mod where rrdtool was located (give it the path). After that it worked like a charm.
