Is it possible to install rpmdrake on red hat system ?
What software makes the same task for Red Hat 8.0 ?

Yes,sometimes it works, but it will fail more often that it will work.

If you cannot get an rpm for Red Hat 8.0 then you are best off to compile the software from source.
