RPM errors trying to apply "elfutils" upgrade

I'm trying upgrade a Red Hat rpm package "elfutils". I get the following message below:

rpm -Fvh --test /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/elfutils-libelf-devel-0.91-3.i386.rpm /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/elfutils-libelf-0.91-3.i386.rpm /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/elfutils-0.91-3.i386.rpm /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/elfutils-devel-0.91-3.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
elfutils-libelf-devel = 0.91-3 is needed by elfutils-devel-0.91-3

I've tried everything I could think of what's wrong with this

Thanks

Louis

try: rpm -Fvh *.rpm. It should install everything concurrently. or try installing from source.
