rpm error: path /opt/**.** in package DMCmdline-14.00.00 is not relocatable

Hi,

Here is my rpm command

rpm -U --relocate /opt/test/client/14.00/datamover/commandline/config=/opt/test/client/14.00/datamover/commandline DMCmdline-14.00.00.01-1.i386.rpm

This command works in pretty much all the Linux machines except Red Hat 6.0 64 bit. I am seeing the following error

path /opt/test/client/14.00/datamover/commandline/config in package DMCmdline-14.00.00.01-1.i386 is not relocatable

I have provided prefix like below in master.spec
Prefix: /opt/test/client/14.00/datamover

Please help me fixing this problem.

Thanks,
minnals
