by simply doing a search for lets say "redhat 9 rpms" on www.google.ca/linux bascially all your results will be a place to find rpms..or just make life simpler and just download apt-get and use apt-get to install synaptic, and then add all kinds of repositories to your list, and you won't have to worry about websites...just fire up synaptic and basically pick out what you want to install at will..

Use apt (available at freshrpms.net and other rpm sites). Apt will automaticall calculate and resolve rpm dependencies and perform updates, just like the Redhat update daemon. Except there is no mailing list, no fee, no annoying red icon on your taskbar, and a larger variety of packages to choose from :) .
