RPC server not starting

Hi,

I have an rpc server code where I am using svc_register for udp.
I dint face any compilation issues, but when I tried to run on Suse 11, SP2,
I get the following error:

Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused
Error: Unable to register (C_PROGRAM, C_VERSION, udp): Address already in use c server rpc init faile

Thanks,
Dan
