Rosegarden + Midi.. cna this be done?

I have made some midi drum tracks via hydrogen and exported them to midi files...

Can I use rosegarden to apply midi soundfonts to these midi tracks, and then export it to a wav file?

I have some professional (commercial) soundfonts that I would like to use.. but I really dont want to use windows to do it

I don´t know if rosegarden can do the job, but try with timidity:

TiMidity++ is a software synthesizer. It can play MIDI files by converting them into PCM waveform data; give it a MIDI data along with digital instrument data files, then it synthesizes them in real-time, and plays. It can not only play sounds, but also can save the generated waveforms into hard disks as various audio file formats.
