Did you try... Google?

Anyway, here's the 30-day trial (https://www.redhat.com/products/ente.../download.html), or if you don't want to pay for it, then you can use CentOS which is essentially the same, but free.

You implied it, but maybe not clearly enough:

If you want to test RHEL to see whether you want to use it, and intend to pay for it if you decide to use it, then the 30-day trial download is a good idea.

If you want RHEL for free and don't intend to pay for it regardless, the 30-day trial is a dead end. Start with CENTOS, which is identical to RHEL except for trademarks, support, and cost.
