Question rh9 install problem on Dell Poweredge 1650

Hello everyone, this is my first post...

I am attemtping to install RedHat 9 on a Dell Poerwedge 1650 server.
It boots the install disk , I select the method (I have tried both graphical & text).

I enter the language and then when it asks me for themedia, I select CD-ROM, then it says the media is not there..

Kind of weird since it actually booted off of that media...

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
