RH9.0 Q - where is the media (mpeg) player?
 

I chose KDE GUI 'only' during install and now what use to be my video player in RH7.3 (XMMS) is a CD player only...where is my video player...do I need to load GNOME components?...Please advise and thanks for your reply.

there is no "THE" anything in linux... there are loads of applications to do most things. for video try mplayer or xine. AFAIK kde should come with noatun to play video files, but that's a pretty lame applcaition and cna play hardly anything.
