RH 9 PM packages not found

Loaded RH 9 on Nec versa 6060, when I go to add or remove packages with Package Management it says

"Packages not found"
Redhat-config-securitlevel
Redhat-config-printer-gui

I do a search and the packages are there, ideas ???

Could be a corrupt rpm database. Try rebuilding the database. I forget the exact syntax, but search for "rebuild" in the rpm man page.
