RH 9 Firewall/Router Iptables DMZ

I want to connect to Windows 2k domains, but one domain/network is only connected with a Null Modem cable to the Red Hat 9.0 pppd.

Now i want forward all traffic with IPtables to the network bihind the Red Hat box, and i do want to create some sort of DMZ but i'm a kind of newbie with iptables so i don't know if there is an option for that, or that i just have to forward every port and protocol singelhandedly
