reverse ssh?

I've got an interesting problem. This summer, I convinced my girlfriend to install Slackware on her PC. She has loved it. However, she occasionally has needed my help--so I configured her box and router to have ssh open to the world. That's worked great so far. However, I forsee a problem in the very near future: she's going to college. This means she'll be behind some huge network and won't have rights to open the college router to allow me to ssh in.

So, I'm asking you clever folks. Can you think of any way I could pull a reverse ssh--she connects to _my_ computer and I get her terminal? Maybe something with screen or ssh port forwarding/tunneling?

Surprising... I found this on the LQ site itself.
