Now all system tray is gone, even if I add it I can not change its size etc. Also my other visual features have changed accidently as well. Plus I can not retrieve workspace icon (4 small windows).
I want to return kde to its default setting, like first time.
You can do it, by manually placing all the widgets.
* Unlock widgets.
* Add a panel (as you wish {top, right, bottom, left})
* Add Task manager, tray, pager, application launcher.
* Add a clock ( digital/ analog)
The quickest way is to back up your ~/.kde directory so you can get some settings back if you need them.
Code:
mkdir ~/kde-backup
cp -r ~/.kde ~/kde-backup
Then delete the ~/.kde directory and log out. When you log back in, kde will recreate everything.
If there are settings you didn't want to lose, then copy them back from the back up you made.
