I am taking a web server administration class and my final project for the semester is to demonstrate Request Tracker. May I ask what guide you used for the installation? I'm using Fedora 8. Thanks!
//moderator.note: At LQ we would like to see you create your own thread for your own questions, especially if unrelated to the OP. This way your question gets the attention it deserves. I've moved your post to your own thread which will be moved to the /Software forum as that seems more appropriate. Have fun!

Reason: Move post, explanation, move thread.
Thanks, blacky. This thread was actually created without my permission from a moderator. I've requested that the thread be closed as I am receiving support on a similar thread that is placed in the correct forum. Thank you for your help

This should probably be closed indeed, but I'm not sure why you posted this in the first place, considering you already had a thread going. In any case, I've reported this thread for closure, as you seem to have forgotten about that.
win32sux - please read the note the moderator put in my first post. I didn't post nor start this thread. Thanks!
Correct, you didn't start this thread. You did, however, hijack somebody else's thread to post your question, which is not something we are very fond of here at LQ. It's the reason why unSpawn moved your post to a thread of its own and in a more suitable forum (you had originally asked this in Security). In any case, the request for closure has been filed with this forum's moderators, so this thread should be closed any moment now.
