Repair shop software management - need recommendation

Hello,

I'm looking for repair shop software management recommendation.

We have ca 200 different locations which will be serviced and I'd like to keep track of open/closed service requests for each location.

I also need to have ability to add some location's data (address, phone no etc) so it could be printed out with a work order.

Do you have any recommendations for a simple open source system I should look at?
It seems otrs and rt are bit too complicated for things have to be done.

You should do a google search for Linux point of sale software. You may find what you need.
