removing MANY files from dcgui-qt downlist

I'm trying to remove a couple of hundred files from my dcgui-qt files list. Is there some way to remove them without removing them one and one and without having to muck about in the dctra.cfg file? There has got to be some way of removing many files at once inside the program, right?
