removine linuxconf manually..if necessary


how can i remove linuxconf when make uninstall fails to work, which files do i have to remove replace and/or edit, i'm not quite experienced, but not quite a newbie either, HELP! linuxconf keeps giving me errors, i'll try to provide the errors if necesary, but i'd rather just remove linuxconf altogheather. manually if necessary.

Have u tried using RPM to remove this package?

found an uninstaller shell-script, it worked
