rpm -qa <enter> will list all the programs on your machine
or
rpm -qa >rpm.txt <enter> will save the list to rpm.txt file

Well what program do you want to uninstall. Lets say you wanted to uninstall wine. I would do:

rpm -qa | grep wine

The output will give you the names of all the installed wine packages. When I do it I get:

wine-20020605-2
wine-devel-20020605-2

Now uninstall by doing:

rpm -e wine-20020605-2

You might get some depenency errors. If so then do:

rpm --nodeps -e wine-20020605-2
rpm --nodeps -e wine-devel-20020605-2

rpm-qf `which wine`

would work as well.
