remotely start/stop service on WinNT PC from Linux

I am trying to remotely start (and eventually stop) VNC as a service on a Windows NT PC from my Linux PC. I know I can do this easily from another Windows NT-based PC, using tools such as AINTX (http://www.dwam.net/docs/aintx/), but I can't find anything that will let me do this from a Linux PC. My goal is to be able to start the VNC service, connect to the remote PC and administer, then disconnect and stop the service. Overall, I'm trying to migrate to a Linux PC and this is the last thing I need in order to ditch my old Windows PC.

Your help is appreciated.
